Pricing

An intake session is the initial meeting held with a therapist to determine the mental and/or behavioral issues that need to be addressed and to determine a treatment plan that includes scheduling for future sessions.

An individual session includes meeting with a child, teen or adult to address mental or behavioral health concerns.  Coaching sessions include teaching specific skills where mental health disorders are not indicated.  Mentoring includes having a mentor guide you while you address mental health and other issues.  Usually indicated for younger clients.

A family session will involve a session with various members of  a family to address family issues or to determine how to support a struggling family member.  Couple sessions include meeting with a couple for premarital or marital therapy.

Groups involve multiple clients meeting with a therapist to address a common goal.  Groups meet at the same time and day over a number of weeks.  Examples of groups that are offered include parenting, depression and anxiety, grief, trauma and adoption.  Availability is dependent on interest.

Sessions with LPC  - A are discounted to $145 for individual, family and couple sessions.
